If the borrower has day other borrowing in any other Banks then this NOC (No Obligatory Certificate and borrowing aim proof).
Applicant and guarantor’s 5 photos.
Xerox copy of Applicant and guarantor’s Aadhaar card / Pan Card / ationing card/ voters ID/ Light Bill/ Telephone Bill/ Driving license.
Applicants Bank statement (for last 1 year).
Applicant’s original LIC policy and receipt of Last instalment.
Applicant’s undertaking (as per given format).
Post-dated Cheques.
Last 3 three months’ salary slip (original) with the sign on Account department and salary certificate.

And If applicant is businessman.

Savings Account in Mahesh Nagari at least from 6 months
Applicant and guarantor’s 5 photos.
If the borrower has day other borrowing in any other Banks then this NOC (No Obligatory Certificate and borrowing aim proof).
Xerox copy of Applicant and guarantor’s Aadhaar card / Pan Card / rationing card/ voters ID/ Light Bill/ Telephone Bill/ Driving license.
Applicants Bank statement (for last 1 year).
PAN/ TAN, GIR number-Xerox copy along with original for verification.
Applicant’s original LIC policy and receipt of Last instalment.
Nature of business, source of income, annual turnover, net worth, net profit (as per latest balance sheet).
Last 3 years IT Returns.
Post-dated Cheques.
Shop-act Licence.
